1) Shield Slam
2) Revenge
3) Rend
4) Devastate

AoE Priorities:

1) Rend
2) Thunder Clap
3) Shockwave
4) Revenge

Stat Importance

Mastery > Stamina > Parry = Dodge >> Strength > Expertise > Hit

Reforging

1) Mastery is your first priority
2) Next you want to reforge into Dodge and Parry and make sure their percetnages are as close as possible to each other due to diminishing returns

Note) When your Block + Parry + Dodge goes above 102.4% you need to put less in Mastery (block) and more in Dodge and Parry, but maintain 102.4%
