1) Searing Totem is maintained
2) Lightning Bolt only at 5 Maelstrom Weapon
3) Stormstrike
4) Lava Lash
5) Unleash Elements
6) Flame Shock if dot is not up
7) Earth Shock if nothing else to do

Cooldown Priorities:

1) Feral Spirit
2) Fire Elemental Totem
3) Earth Elemental Totem

Lightning Shield is kept active
Windfury Weapon Main Hand
Flametongue Weapon Off Hand

Stat Importance

Agility > 7.5% Hit >= 7.5% Expertise > Mastery > Haste > Crit > 26.5% Hit
