Spell Priorities:

1) Combustion when Pyroblast DOT and Ignite DOT are active if possible
2) Pyroblast only instant cast from Pyroblast! or Presence of Mind
3) Inferno Blast after you get a Heating Up proc
4) Nether Tempest DOT is maintained
5) Fireball when nothing else to do

Cooldown Priorities:

1) Alter Time
2) Mirror Image

Molten Armor is the self buff used

Stat Importance

Intellect > 15% Hit > Crit > Mastery > Haste
