1) Hunter's Mark is applied to target before encounter
2) Serpent Sting dot is maintained
3) Explosive Shot
4) Kill Shot when boss is under 20%
5) Black Arrow
6) Arcane Shot when Lock and Load procs and Explosive Shot on cooldown
7) Cobra Shot

Cooldown Priorities:

1) Rapid Fire

Stat Importance

Agility > Hit (to 8%) > Crit > Mastery = Haste

Reforging

1) Reforge your weakest stats until you've reached 8% chance to hit
2) Reforge to Crit from Haste and Mastery
